Let the total number of Rs 10 coins be x.
 Hence number of Rs 5 coins=20-x
 Value of  Rs. 10 coins=10x
and  Value of  Rs. 5 coins=5(20-x) =100-5x

So according to question,

10x+100-5x=165
 5x=165-100
 X=65/5=13
 Hence, the number of Rs 10 coins=x=13
