Reasons :

Atomic no. of elements & electronic configuration

Al=13 (2,8,3)

Mg=12 (2,8,2)

Na=11 (2,8,1)

So the highest Valency of Al (3+)

(b) Largest atomic radius :- Na

Reason: because atomic size decreases across a period

(c) Maximum chemical reaction : Na

Since reactivity decreases across a period.
