In the poem "Oh  I wish I'd looked after me teeth and I gaze up his nose in despair, and his drill it do whine in these molars of mine." His refers to dentist 's nose that the child has to see while the dentist was busy filling his teeth cavity using the drilling instrument.  The child wishes that she should have taken care of her teeth earlier when they were healthy and young by eating good things. She wishes she should have taken care of her teeth well as she felt guilty for eating all the sweets,  hard peanuts and lollies. That way she would have more teeth than fillings. The title of this poem is "Oh! I wished I had looked after my teeth" by Pam Ayres.
