Safety is very important concern for a person. Let us consider the example of schools where children are taught but alongside teaching, primary concern is student's safety. It is for this reason that schools are constructed in a peaceful environment away from noise, distractions and accidents.  We have rules written on the walls of the school such as don't run on stairs, don't run on corridors, walk slowly and tie your shoe laces etc, for the purpose of safety. Traffic rules are made for the purpose of security. People are asked to wait for green light,  walk on zebra crossing so that they cross road safely. Special coach in metro is designed for women to ensure their safety.
