Good morning esteemed teachers and my dear friends. Today, I will be speaking on the topic “Cleanliness is next to godliness”. It is said that “Cleanliness is next to godliness.” It is because we can only succeed physically, mentally and spiritually when we have a clean body, mind and soul. Cleanliness is an essential part of our personality. A clean human is loved and respected by society. Cleanliness does not extend only to a personal level but to a social level. It is a duty of a citizen to keep the society clean. If a person keeps their personal space clean but litter on the streets, it makes him a hypocrite. Cleanliness promises the well being of a person. Small acts like washing hands and clean surroundings, they keep you away from contracting communicable diseases. Cleanliness not only promotes personal but social growth as it reduces death rate. It also keeps the environment free from all kinds of pollution. So, Eat Clean, Live Clean and Breath Clean. Thank you.
