This is to inform you that I have purchased  a refrigerator two months ago from your store.It has developed certain problems. Cooling has stopped and it is making a lot of noise.It have already made telephonic compalins to your store but there is no response regarding the same.I request to you to immediately repair/replacement of the same As it is in the guarntee period. I am attaching the bill of my refrigerator for your reference. 

Kindly do the needful.
