One day me and my friend observed that few of my classmates were behaving rudely with the driver and conversed badly with him. They were shouting at him and crying because due to traffic they were getting late for home. I advised the driver that we can call their parents and they can pick up from nearby bus stops. They agreed to this as earlier also in school parents come to pick their wards on picnic days, when someone in sick, hurt or during half day off of child. This was an emergency situation so same could be done at this time also. I conversed with them and explained the rational behind my idea they agreed to it and listened to my advice and followed it.
