At Constant temperature

PV=constant

So

 P_1V_1=P_2V_2\\ \Rightarrow \frac{V_1}{V_2}=\frac{P_2}{P_1}=\frac{4P}{P}=4\\ \Rightarrow V_2=\frac{1}{4}V_1=\frac{1}{4}V
