Two or three-lobed S-shaped nucleus, Cytoplasm is stained by basic type (Methylene blue).

White fibrous tissue -

Dense network of thick collagen fibre bundles and few fibroblasts. It is present at the joints between skull bones and make them immovable.

Collagen fibres -

 Collagen fibres are most abundant(30% of the total body) fibrous element, composed of collagen protein (Tropocollagen).

Macrophages/ histocytes/ plasmatocytes -
