Due to Negative charge electric field is always towards the charge.

i) All are in series combination.

$\frac{1}{C_{eq}}= \frac{1}{3}+ \frac{1}{3}+ \frac{1}{3}= 1\mu F$

ii) All are in parallel combination.

$C_{eq}= 3+3+3= 9\mu F$

iii) Two capacitors in series and one in parallel.

$C_{eq}= 2\mu F$

iv) $C_{eq}= 4.5 \mu F$
