Density of charge carriers is p

p=10^{13}\times 10^{6}=10^{19}atom/m^{3}

Mobility = n 

n=1200\times 10^{-4}=0.12m^{2}/Vs

Resistivity is given as

\\\rho =\frac{1}{en\mu _{n}}\\ \rho =\frac{1}{1.6\times 10^{-19}\times 10^{19}\times 0.12}\\ \rho =5.2\ \Omega m
