Total flux linked with a closed surface called Gaussian surface.

Formula:

\phi = \oint \vec{E}\cdot d\vec{s}=\frac{Q_{enc}}{\epsilon _{0}}

 We can construct a cube with side a & charge Q at its centre

then total flux = \frac{Q}{\epsilon _{0}}

flux through one side = \frac{Q}{6\epsilon _{0}}
