n(A\cap B)= 10

We know, 

n(A\cup B) = n(A) + n(B) - n(A\cap B)

=30+40-10 = 60

n(A^c\cap B^c)= n(A\cup B)^c= n(U)- n(A\cup B)

= 100 - 60 = 40
