The dissociation and association processes are given as

\\\begin{matrix}\mathrm{HA} & \rightleftharpoons &\mathrm{\left (HA \right )_2} \\ \mathrm{1-\alpha -\beta } & &\mathrm{\frac{\beta}{2}} \end{matrix}

Given,

\alpha=0.5, \beta=0.5

Thus, Vant Hoff factor

= 2\alpha +\frac{B}{2}

\begin{aligned} &=1+\frac{0.5}{2} \\ &=1.25 \\ &=125 \times 10^{-2} \end{aligned}

Hence, the correct answer is 125.
