Streptomycin:-

It is an amino based and its salt is highly soluble in water. Effective against tuberculosis, a common infection in the throat, lungs, ears and kidneys.

It is highly effective for treating Meningitis and pneumonia.

The structure is Streptomycin:-

 Streptomycin is not effective against fever.
