As we discussed in

In closed loop -

-i_{1}}R_{1} + i_{2}}R_{2} -E_{1}-i_{3}}R_{3}+E_{2}+E_{3}-i_{4}}R_{4}=0

- wherein

 

 Current in the circuit 

I=\frac{5}{1.6}=\frac{50}{16}=\frac{25}{8}A

Reading of the voltmeter 

V=15-\frac{25}{8}\times 0.6

V=15-\frac{15}{8}=13.1V
