Option: 1

4 a l x^{2}+4 a m x y-y^{2}=0

Option: 2

4 a l x^{2}+4 a m x y+y^{2}=0

Option: 3

4 a l x^{2}-4 a m x y-y^{2}=0

\\\text{The given line is } \\ l x+m y = 1...(i) \\ \frac{l x+m y}{1}=1 \\\\\text {The given curve is } y^{2}=4 ax ...(ii)\\

Making the Eq. (ii) homogeneous in x and y by using Eq. (i), we get

y^{2}=4 a x(l x+m y)
4 a l x^{2}+4 a m x y-y^{2}=0
