Total number of element = 9

When all numbers are arranged in numerical order, then median will be \frac{9+1}{2}=5^{th} \: observation

Now, when the largest 4 numbers are increased by 2 , it does not alter the 5th observation.

Hence median will be same as before i.e. 20.5
