Let number of red balls taken be a, number of blue balls taken be b, number of black balls taken be c

Then a + b + c =10

and a, b, c, can be 0,1,2,..... (whole numbers) 

So, number of ways to select balls is same as number of solutions of this equation, which equals ^{10 + 3 -1}C_{3-1} = 66
