Where phase difference is 0 , intensity is maximum.

Where, \mathrm{\phi=\frac{\pi}{2}} or \mathrm{\frac{\phi}{2}=\frac{\pi}{4},}

the intensity will be \mathrm{I=I_{\max } \cos ^2 \frac{\phi}{2}=\frac{I_{\max }}{2}}

\mathrm{\therefore \quad}  The desired ratio is \mathrm{2: 1}
