Centre of Ellipse -

The mid-point of the two foci of ellipse.

- wherein

 

 x^2 - 6x +4 (y^2 + 10 y ) = 0

x^2 - 6x +9+4 (y^2 + 10 y+25 ) = 100 + 9

(x-3)^2 + 4(y+5)^2 = 109

Centre is (3,-5 )
