Effect of temperature on conductivity -

The conductivity of the metal decreases with the rise in temperature.This is because with the rise in temperature the positively charged kernels also, start vibrating which interfere with the movement of electrons.

 As the temprature increases the molecular vibration also increases which obstruct the flow of free electrons , thus conductance decreases
