Scalar Quantity -

Those quantities have magnitude only with no specific direction.

E.g., Distance, time, work, energy, etc

The negative sign indicates that the numerical value of the quantity under consideration is negative(opposite nature).

For eg Charge, Q = -2C is still a scalar quantity

work done has no direction on value so it is a scalar quantity, length of an object is also a scalar quantity”.

Option 1 and 4 are right ( properties of scalar quantity) 

hence answer will be option 2.
