First-order Reaction formula -

k=\frac{2.303}{t} \log _{10} \frac{[A]_{0}}{[A]_{t}}

The half-Life formula of first-order reaction :

t_\frac{1}{2}=\frac{0.693}{k}

Rate constant depends on temperature and the half-life is independent of concentration.

So, only the rate of reaction changes with time for the first order.
Therefore, option(1) is correct
