Option: 1

\left ( CH_{3} \right )_{3}N

Option: 2

\left ( SiH_{3} \right )_{3}N

Option: 3

Option: 4

P\left ( SiH_{3} \right )_{3}

Answers (1)

P and Si have vacant d-orbital so they can form an additional \pi bond (back bond) with lone pair of N but due to absence of vacant d-orbital C cannot form back bond with lone pair of N that's why shape of (CH_{3})_{_{3}}N is pyramidal.

In case of  N(SiH3)3N atom is  sp2 hybridised, the lone pair is present in 2p orbital and it is transferred to empty d orbital of Si forming  dπ−pπ bond. Hence nitrogen with sp2 hybridization has trigonal planar shape.

Therefore, Option(2) is correct
