As we have learnt,

Lattice energy is directly proportional to charge and inversely proportional to size of ions.In \mathrm{MgF_2} we have\mathrm{Mg^{2+}} ion , In \mathrm{NaF} we have \mathrm{Na^{+}} ion, In \mathrm{CaF_2} we have \mathrm{Ca^{2+}} ion, In\mathrm{AlF_3} we have \mathrm{Al^{3+}} ion. So, if we look on charges then \mathrm{AlF_{3}} has largest lattice energy.

Hence, option number (4) is correct.
