Share of rent C has to pay is: 

 

A : B : C = 10\ast 7 : 12\ast 5 : 15\ast 3 = 14 : 12 : 9

So,\: C's \: rent = Rs \left ( 175 \ast 9/35 \right ) = Rs. 45
