Man's Speed = 9(1/3) kmph or 28/3 kmph

Let's Assume the speed of current = x

Upstream Time: Downstream Time = 3: 1

Upstream Speed: Downstream Speed = 1: 3

According to Question,

\frac{\frac{28}{3}+x}{\frac{28}{3}-x} = \frac{3}{1}

x = 14/3 Kmph
