Let his income at present = 100 rs

savings = 6 rs

exp = 94 rs

After 2 year =  15%  increase

New income = 115 rs

saving = 6 rs

expenditure = 109 rs

now increase in exp = 109 -94 = 15 rs

 inc % = 15 / 94 * 100

1500/ 94

= 15.95 % Ans
