At the end of the year B receive rupees:

Profit\: of\: A \: as\: salary = 12\ast 1000= 12000

Total \: profit \: of \: A = Rs. 20000

Ratio\: of\: investment = 32000 : 56000 = 4 : 7

Let\: total \: profit = x, \, then

\left ( 4x/11 \right )+ 12000 = 20000

B's\: profit = \left ( 7/11 \right ) \ast 22000 = Rs. 14000
