Option: 1

Both together only when angle of inclination of plane is 45°

Acceleration of the body (pure) rolling  on the inclined plane,

  a=\frac{g\sin\theta}{1+\frac{I}{MR^2}}

Now  as I_{solid \ cylinder} < I_{hollow \ cylinder}   < I_{hollow \ \ cylinder}  ?    for same mass and radius

a_{solid \ cylinder}   > a_{hollow \ cylinder}

Thus solid cylinder will reach the bottom first.

Hence, option 4 is correct.
