Anode -

In a galvanic cell, the half cell in which oxidation takes place is called the anode.

In silver oxide cell, Ag first  converts to Ag_2O and then to AgO 

2Ag (s) + 2OH^- \rightarrow Ag_2O+ H_2O +2e^-

Ag_2O + 2OH^-\rightarrow 2AgO + H_2O+ 2e^-

Therefore,option(4) is correct
