Amphibians, like frogs, contain a visible DNA-bearing nucleus in the center of the cell. The nucleus also contains hemoglobin. Humans don't have a nucleus to make room for hemoglobin, which carries oxygen for respiration. Frogs, on the other hand, can breathe through their skin. Hence option 2 is correct.
