Solubility of NaCl is less than that of the CaCl_{2}\ and\ MgCl_{2}. This is because the hydration enthalpy of Ca^{2+}\ and\ Mg^{2+} is greater than Na^{+} due to the smaller size and higher charge.
The energy released on the dissolution of CaCl_{2}\ and\ MgCl_{2} is higher because the hydration enthalpy compensates for the lattice enthalpy required to break the compound. While in the case of NaCl, hydration energy is the least and least soluble.

On passing HCl,NaCl is precipitated out first because of the common ion effect.

Hence, the correct answer is option 3.
