Insertion or deletion of one or two bases changes the reading frame from the position of insertion or deletion. Hence, option 1,2 and 3 would cause change in reading frme. Deletion of three bases delets a codon and reading frame remains unaltered from that point onwards.

Deletion of GGU from 7th ,8th  and 9th positions, No change in reading frame of m-RNA.
