Option: 1

Simple harmonic motion of frequency \omega/2\pi

Option: 2

Simple harmonic motion of frequency \omega/\pi

Option: 3

Simple harmonic motion of frequency 3\omega/2\pi

Option: 4

Non simple harmonic motion

As we discussed

 For the body to perform SHM it should follow acceleration= a'=-w^{2} x

In the question

 x=a sin^2wt=\frac{a}{2}(1-cos2wt)

\frac{dx}{dt}=\frac{a}{2}2\omega \ sin2wt

\frac{d^2x}{dt}=\frac{4\omega ^2a}{2} \ cos2wt

This does not satisfy acceleration= a'=-w^{2} x

This does not represent an S.H.M.
