We know that,

Energy is inversely proportional to the wavelength of the radiation

E \propto \frac{1}{\lambda}

\therefore \frac{E_1}{E_2} = \frac{\lambda_2}{\lambda_1} = \frac{16000}{8000} =2

\therefore {E_1}=2 {E_2}
