Moles of Ca present in 20 g is 0.5.

\mathrm{Ca^{2+} \xrightarrow{+2e^-} Ca}

For 1 mol of Ca need 2 moles of electrons.

So, for 0.5 mole of Ca need 1 mole of electrons

Hence, 1 mole of electrons means 1 Faraday of charge will be required for the process.

Therefore, Option(2) is correct.
