The species with a greater value of reduction potential is more readily reduced and the electrode acts as a cathode.

\\\mathrm{E^0_{cell}= E_{cathode}^{0} -E_{anode }^{0}}\\\\\mathrm{ E^0_{cell}= 0.799-(-0.763)= 1.562 V}
