As we know, if angle between two mirrors is between \mathrm{\frac{2 \pi}{n} \: and \: \frac{2 \pi}{n+1}} then the no. of images formed is \mathrm{'n'}
So here in the question it is \frac{2 \pi}{4}$ and $\frac{2 \pi}{4+1}

\therefore \quad  no. of images will be 4 .
