As we move down the group, the size of cation increases and electropositive character increases which make the compunds more ionic in nature. 

According to Fajan's rule, due to small size of lithium, it has high polarising power which makes LiCl more covalent in nature. Hence, due to more covalent nature LiCl is most soluble in non-polar solvents than among all alkali metal halides.
