 Let's look at oxidation states of the reactants  and the products both

\mathrm{2Cr^{3+}+7H_{2}O\rightarrow \overset{+6}{Cr_{2}}O_{7}^{2-}+14H^{+}}

Here Cr goes from +3 OS to +6 OS, this oxidation reaction is definitely possible at anode

\mathrm{\overset{^{0}}{F_{2}}\rightarrow 2F^{-}}

This is a reduction reaction where O.S of F changes from 0 to -1. Reduction reactions are not possible an anode

\mathrm{\frac{1}{2}\overset{^{0}}{O_{2}}+2H^+{\rightarrow }H_{2}O}

This is also a reduction reaction where OS of Oxygen changes from 0 to -2. Reduction reactions are not possible at anode.

Hence, the correct answer is Option (1)
