Aluminum reacts with an excess of NaOH
Al+3NaOH\rightarrow Al(OH)_{3}+3Na^+\\Al(OH)_{3}+NaOH\rightarrow 2Na^+[Al(OH)_{4}]^-\rightarrow NaAlO_{2}+2H_{2}O

On heating NaHCO_{3} we get Na_2CO_{3}

2NaHCO_{3}\rightarrow Na_{2}CO_{3}+CO_2+H_{2}O

When sodium is added to ammonia, a dark blue color can be seen which is due to the presence of ammoniated electrons. In increasing concentrations of sodium, the color is copperish green.

Sodium hydroxide can react with silicates present in the glass, as silicates are acidic in nature.
hence, the correct answer is option 1.
