(a) Determine the capacitance of the capacitor.

The capacitance of the capacitor is given by:

C=\frac{4\pi \epsilon _0\epsilon _rr_1r_2}{r_1-r_2}

Here,

C=\frac{32*0.12*0.13}{9*10^9*(0.13-0.12)}=5.5*10^{-9}F

Hence Capacitance of the capacitor is 5.5*10^{-9}F.
