 \frac{1}{3} and \frac{2}{7}; \frac{2}{5} and  \frac{2}{7}  are not equivalent because

 \frac{1}{3}> \frac{2}{7}  and 

\frac{2}{5}> \frac{2}{7} 

but 

\frac{2}{9}= \frac{6}{27}=0.222
