\frac{3}{15}=\frac{3}{3\times5}=\frac{1}{5}

So the ratios are in proportion
2. 2 : 9 and 18 : 81

\frac{2}{9}=\frac{2\times9}{9\times9}=\frac{18}{81}

So So the ratios are in proportion
3. 15 : 45 and 5 : 25

\\\frac{15}{45}=\frac{1}{3}\\\frac{5}{25}=\frac{1}{5}

The given ratios are not equal, so they are not in proportion
4. 4 : 12 and 9 : 27

\\\frac{4}{12}=\frac{1}{3}\\\frac{9}{27}=\frac{1}{3}

The given ratios are equal, so they are in proportion
5. ` 10 to ` 15 and 4 to 6

\\\frac{10}{15}=\frac{2}{3}\\\frac{4}{6}=\frac{2}{3}

The given ratios are equal, so they are in proportion
