It is given that the area of rectangular land is 440\; m^{2} and the length is 22\; m

Now, we know that

Area of rectangle is = length \times breath

\Rightarrow 440 = 22 \times breath

\Rightarrow breath = \frac{440}{22} = 20 \ m

Now, 

The perimeter of the rectangle is =2(l+b)

\Rightarrow 2(l+b) = 2(20+22)=2\times 44 = 88 \ m

Therefore, breath and perimeter of the rectangle are 20m and 88m respectively
