h(x) = \sin(2x) + 5
We know that value of sin 2x varies from
-1 \leq sin2x \leq 1
-1 + 5 \leq sin2x +5\leq 1 +5\\ 4 \leq sin2x +5\leq 6
Hence, the maximum value of our function h(x) = \sin(2x) + 5   is  6  and the minimum value is 4
