\frac{dy}{dx}=\frac{1}{x}
Now, second order derivative is
\frac{d^2y}{dx^2}= \frac{-1}{x^2}
Therefore,  second order derivative is \frac{d^2y}{dx^2}= \frac{-1}{x^2}
