We know that

Area of circle = \pi r^2

Area of circular sheet with radius 4 cm = \3.14 \times (4)^2 = 50.24 \ cm^2

Area of circular sheet with radius 3 cm = \3.14 \times (3)^2 = 28.26 \ cm^2

Now,

Area of remaining sheet = Area of circle with radius 4 cm - Area od circle with radius 3 cm

                                       = 50.24 - 28.26 = 21.98\ cm^2

Therefore, Area of remaining sheet is  21.98\ cm^2
